Provide high-quality patient care in various ICU settings within the system. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Document patient care services and safeguard patient information. Adjust care plans based on patient needs and response to treatment. Educate patients and their families on care processes, treatment plans, and health maintenance. Advanced clinical skills in ICU or critical care settings Proficiency in using medical software and patient care technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred CCRN certification is a plus
