Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated ICU System Resource Registered
Nurse to join our team. This position involves providing advanced
care in critical conditions within our Intensive Care Units across
various HCA facilities. The role demands high adaptability and
extensive clinical knowledge to support rapidly changing scenarios
presenting in ICU settings. Nurses in this role will be part of a
dynamic system-wide resource pool designed to balance patient needs
with nursing expertise. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse
healthcare environment. Utilize advanced clinical skills to support
patient health and recovery in ICU settings. Participate in
interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient
care. Adjust care plans based on patient condition, utilizing
evidence-based practices. Educate patients and families on health
conditions and care after discharge. Cross-train and work across
different ICU units within the system as required. Advanced
knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols. High
capability in handling medical emergencies and providing timely
solutions. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Excellent
interpersonal and communication abilities. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. Critical Care Registered
Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
