Manage the nursing operations of the Heart Lung ICU. Develop and implement nursing care standards to maximize patient outcomes. Lead, mentor, and develop the ICU nursing staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient care. Manage departmental budgets and ensure adequate staffing levels. Evaluate patient care data and implement improvement plans.
