Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated FSER Emergency Room Registered
Nurse Coordinator to lead our emergency department teams in
providing top-tier, patient-focused healthcare. This key role
combines clinical expertise and leadership to oversee daily
operations and enhance patient care outcomes in one of the most
critical areas of our facilities. The successful candidate will
harness both clinical skills and administrative acumen to ensure
operational efficiency, quality control, and continuous service
improvement in a fast-paced and dynamic emergency service
environment. Supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care in
emergency settings. Coordinate with medical and administrative
personnel to ensure efficient ER operations. Implement and monitor
compliance with healthcare policies and procedures. Manage patient
care plans and ensure the provision of compassionate, effective
treatment. Lead continuous improvement efforts in patient safety
and quality of care. Administer staff training and development
programs. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of
nursing staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
clinical skills with a focus on emergency care Ability to manage
high-stress situations Competence in decision-making and
problem-solving Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
