Assess patient health problems and needs concerning wound, ostomy, and continence care. Develop and implement nursing care plans for wound management, and educate patients and their families on post-treatment home care needs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions in a timely manner. Operate medical equipment and assist in patient rehabilitation. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes. Strong clinical skills in wound, ostomy, and continence care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress environments and make quick decisions Empathy and a compassionate approach to patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Certification in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (CWOCN) is highly desired
