Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse Clinical
Support Coordinator to join our team. This role emphasizes
enhancing patient care by providing direct clinical support and
coordination, managing patient care logistics, and ensuring
adherence to protocols. The Coordinator will work across multiple
departments to streamline processes, fostering a collaborative
environment that aligns with our commitment to high-quality,
patient-centered care. Coordinate patient care across various
departments, ensuring seamless service delivery. Implement and
monitor healthcare protocols to improve patient outcomes. Assist
with patient assessments and the preparation of care plans. Provide
training and support to nursing staff on new systems and
procedures. Manage patient data and coordinate with healthcare
teams to ensure timely care. Strong clinical skills and
understanding of healthcare protocols. Excellent organizational and
communication skills. Ability to manage complex patient data and
use healthcare informatics. Skill in problem-solving and
decision-making in high-pressure environments. Proficient in
electronic health record (EHR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered
nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/ACLS certification
preferred.
