Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our
Emergency Department, where you will play a crucial role in
managing nursing activities, ensuring optimal care and compliance
with regulations in a high-pressure environment. This position is
pivotal in maintaining the standards of care set by HCA Healthcare,
facilitating effective communication between staff, and optimizing
patient outcomes through collaborative strategies. Supervise and
manage the nursing staff within the Emergency Department. Ensure
adherence to hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Coordinate patient care plans and monitor patient outcomes. Develop
and implement departmental training and development initiatives.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and other
departments. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficient
in healthcare management systems and EHR. Ability to work under
pressure and manage emergencies. Excellent organizational and
decision-making skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Certified
Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
