Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Neuro Critical
Care Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals.
As part of our Neuro Critical Care Unit, you will be responsible
for providing specialized and compassionate care to patients with
severe neurological disorders. This role requires a deep
understanding of neurology nursing practices, critical thinking
skills, and the ability to work seamlessly in a high-pressure
environment. At HCA Healthcare, we commit to improving every life

mission. Assess, monitor, and provide specialized care for patients
with critical neurological conditions. Collaborate with
neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other healthcare professionals to
develop comprehensive treatment plans. Administer medications,
perform procedures, and monitor responses to treatment. Educate
patients and families about conditions and care requirements.
Maintain detailed patient records and report any significant
changes in patient status. Advanced knowledge and expertise in
neurology and critical care procedures. Ability to operate
neurological monitoring devices and other medical equipment. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. High-stress tolerance and
excellent problem-solving abilities. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in good standing. Certification in Critical Care
Nursing (CCRN) preferred. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
