patient health problems and needs, and develop nursing care plans
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with
approved nursing techniques Monitor, record, and report symptoms
and changes in patients' conditions Collaborate with physicians and
multidisciplinary team members Prepare and maintain accurate
patient records, charts, and documents Strong clinical skills with
a focus on trauma and acute care Ability to work under pressure in
a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and critical
thinking skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and
