Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse Service Line Coordinator OR at HCA
Healthcare, you will oversee the operational, administrative, and
clinical aspects of our surgery department. You will coordinate
activities between multiple service lines ensuring consistent
high-quality care and compliance with all regulatory bodies. This
key leadership role involves collaborating with surgeons, managing
nursing staff, and developing procedural protocols to maximize
efficiency and patient outcomes at our state-of-the-art facilities.
Manage and supervise the nursing staff and operational aspects of
the surgery department. Develop and implement policies and
procedures to ensure efficient operation and compliance with
regulatory standards. Coordinate with surgeons to optimize
scheduling and patient care. Monitor and evaluate patient care to
ensure adherence to established standards. Facilitate training and
development sessions for department staff. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Expertise in surgical operations and nursing
care Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
using healthcare management software Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse (RN) license Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life
