Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a compassionate and experienced Registered
Nurse to join our Pediatric Blood Cancer Clinic. This position
offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized care to
pediatric patients battling blood cancers. Our clinic utilizes the
latest treatments and technology to deliver exceptional care. You
will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to
support our mission of improving human life by delivering
outstanding patient care. Administer chemotherapy and other
medications following established protocols. Monitor patient
responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed. Educate
patients and their families on treatment processes, disease
management, and preventive measures. Coordinate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain patient records and comply with healthcare regulations and
standards. Strong clinical skills in pediatric oncology nursing.
Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and managing side
effects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary
environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
certification. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
preferred.
