Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse
specialized in Wound Care to join our team. This role focuses on
managing wounds caused by illness, injury, or medical treatments.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, comprehensive healthcare
services, thus this position plays a critical role in enhancing our
patient outcomes and satisfaction. Assess and identify the type and
severity of wounds. Develop and implement personalized wound care
management plans. Educate patients and caregivers on wound care
treatments and prevention strategies. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Collaborate
with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
Advanced knowledge of wound care protocols Excellent patient
assessment skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license Certification in Wound Care Nursing (CWCN)
