This outpatient-focused cardiology opportunity offers immediate patient demand, strong clinical infrastructure, and excellent income potential in a collaborative multi-subspecialty environment. Physicians play an active role in a well-equipped cardiology practice with comprehensive in-office diagnostics, including echocardiography, nuclear imaging, vascular studies, and stress testing, allowing you to manage patients efficiently within the practice. Position Highlights - 90% outpatient cardiology with hospital consults primarily on your own patients - Flexible clinic volumes: 20–40 patients per day - 3–4 MAs per physician AI scribes to support workflow - In-office diagnostics: Echo, nuclear stress testing, vascular studies, treadmill testing - Established referral network with strong PCP relationships - Turn-key practice setup (new grad friendly) - High demand: ~150 referrals per month per clinic - Current 40–80 day patient wait times Compensation - Guaranteed salary transitioning to uncapped wRVU production - Average cardiologist income: $722K - Top producers earning $865K - Sign-on bonus, relocation, CME - Full benefits 401(k) with 6% match Location: San Antonio offers no state income tax, affordable living, great schools, and 220 sunny days per year.
