Join the dedicated team at HCA Healthcare as a Registered Nurse in our Acute Orthopedics department, providing top-tier patient care in a dynamic environment. In this role, you'll work closely with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver care to patients recovering from musculoskeletal surgeries and injuries. Your expertise will help optimize patient outcomes through compassionate, efficient care management, leveraging HCA Healthcare’s cutting-edge resources and facilities. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for orthopedic patients. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to optimize post-surgical recovery. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care. Manage pain and prevent complications through careful monitoring and medication. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Strong clinical skills in orthopedic nursing Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in using medical software for patient documentation Adept in pain management and wound care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Orthopedic Nurse Certified (ONC) preferred
