Assess patient health status, including lung capacity and oxygen levels, and consult with physicians to determine the appropriate treatment plans. Implement respiratory care plans and administer medications as prescribed. Operate and maintain various types of respiratory care equipment. Monitor and record the progress of treatment and recovery of patients. Educate patients and their families on lung health and ongoing care procedures. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and health care regulations. Proficient in using respiratory care equipment and instruments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Active state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
