Job Description:

across the United States, is seeking an experienced Dialysis
Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal
in administering critical dialysis treatments to patients with
renal failure. As part of our network, comprising nearly 2,000 care
facilities, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality,
patient-centered care that is synonymous with our mission to
improve human life. This position requires proficiency in managing
both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments, ensuring the
comfort and safety of each patient. Initiate and terminate dialysis
treatments, adhering to established procedures. Monitor patient
responses to treatments, adjusting as necessary for optimal patient
care. Manage dialysis equipment setup, operation, and
sterilization. Record patient data and maintain comprehensive
medical records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
tailor care plans for individual patients. Educate patients and
their families about managing renal disease and the dialysis
process. Strong proficiency in both hemodialysis and peritoneal
dialysis procedures. Excellent patient management skills and
empathy. Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team. Robust
problem-solving skills and ability to handle medical emergencies.

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certification in
Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
preferred.
