Oversee daily operations of the surgical ICU, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. Coordinate patient care plans and review patient status, adjusting treatments as needed. Supervise and mentor ICU nursing staff and facilitate ongoing education and training. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Participate in the development of departmental strategies and initiatives. Strong leadership skills and ability to handle high-stress situations Excellent organizational and multitasking skills In-depth knowledge of ICU procedures and best practices Proficient in using healthcare software and patient management systems Effective communication skills across all levels of staff and patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of service Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
