Oversee daily operations of the home health department Manage and train a team of home health nurses Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Coordinate care with other medical professionals Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality of care Monitor patient care for quality assurance Handle case management and documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and administrative staff Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic health records Ability to make quick and appropriate decisions Expertise in home health care and nursing practices Strong organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certified Home Health Manager (optional but preferred) CPR certified
