Experience: Minimum 2 years of OR experience and 2 years of
hospital experience License: Active RN License in Texas
Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Over 2 years of OR experience

Documentation system is Meditech. Candidates are required to float
as needed. Procedures performed include a variety of surgeries,
such as transplants, general surgery, robotics, and bariatric
surgery. Dress Code: Scrub color for RNs is navy for both tops and
pants, with optional navy or white scrub jackets. Nails must be
clean and healthy. Hair should be neat and clean, avoiding extreme
styles or colors. Facial hair should be clean and neatly trimmed.
Body art should be covered whenever possible, and visible piercings
other than earring are not allowed. Other Unit Guidelines/Policies:
Floating guidelines apply. Attendance policies are in place. 5
