Job Description:

home-based care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Dietary /
Nutrition Services Associate to join our dynamic team. In this
role, you will work closely with our dietitians and healthcare
providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective
nutritional services to our patients. Your expertise will support
patient recovery and overall well-being by implementing tailored
nutrition plans and ensuring accurate dietary compliance. Plan,
prepare, and deliver meals based on specific dietary requirements.
Assist in the assessment of patients’ nutritional needs and monitor
their progress. Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare teams to
coordinate dietary interventions. Educate patients and their
families on appropriate diet and nutrition strategies for health
and recovery. Maintain accurate dietary records and comply with
health and safety standards. Knowledge of nutrition and dietary
guidelines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Detail-oriented
with proficiency in managing multiple tasks Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Dietitian
Nutritionist (RDN) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR)
preferred.
