You are in the home, one-on-one, helping someone heal, manage their medications, care for their wound, regain confidence, and remain safe in the place they know best. For many elderly patients, your visit is one of the most important parts of their week. Your care helps them stay stable, stay comfortable, and continue living at home with dignity.
