Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for 75% of an 8-hour shift in various settings. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care delivery. Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with facility protocols. Meet and maintain specific productivity standards as required. Demonstrate neuro rehabilitation skills, including SCI, BI, and stroke rehab. Transition effectively between acute, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings. Qualifications Valid Texas Physical Therapist license. Experience in neuro rehabilitation, specifically in acute and IPR settings. Proficiency in handling complex rehabilitation cases effectively. Strong understanding of IPR post-acute guidelines and CARE tool assessment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
