Description:Once device is repaired this person will close out the work order in data base and prepare units with new labels. Job Summary: The Documentation and Customer Service Support I is responsible for: Processing RMA orders for customer sold and internal owned product post repair to include Animal Vet, Engineering projects, Study Devices, Marketing and component repaired product. Support Unique Device Identifier (UDI) labeling protocol. File all RMA paperwork orders. Principle Responsibilities: (essential job duties and responsibilities) Execute customer quote procedures for all units prior to releasing them back to the customer. Process and book RMA work orders internal and external customer product to include special requests ensuring accurate schedule attainment and finalization of consumed spare parts in RSO and Oracle application. Process and book RMA work orders for all refurbished product utilizing S&OP schedule feedback. Support department device schedule attainment goals. Process items on delinquent reports to ensure service center RMA generation is compliant per procedure for inventory management accuracy. Support schedule attainment goals regarding Unique device identifier (UDI) labeling barcode serial number and marketing label which includes identification, generation and accurately delivering barcode serial number label to production area as per designated process. Anticipates production needs and promptly notify the Supervisor or Team Leader if issues are anticipated. Maintains a clean and orderly workspace free of clutter and audit ready. Coordinates with part warehouse expeditor, shipper, TSP, Production repair, QC Packer teams to ensure accurate consistent processing of product from RMA creation to closing and transferring orders to field service centers. Conforms to, supports and enforces all company policies and procedures and participates in all reasonable work activities as deemed suitable and assigned by management. Adheres to company safety regulations. Adheres to the department's customer requested device preventive maintenance protocol. Demonstrated experience monitoring quality of assigned tasks and corrects any deficiencies. Ability to work scheduled shifts and complete assignments in required time frames. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrates communication and presentation skills. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion regarding business relations. Ability to demonstrate skills regarding teamwork and collaboration. At least 18 years of age. At least 1 year experience in customer service, data entry. Experience with MS Office applications including, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Attention to Detail (Accuracy in any task performed).
