Company Pandemic Response Ensuring the health and safety of everyone that works at CO-OP is of primary importance to us. The majority of our organization continues to be in a work-from-home status. This allows for better social distancing practices for those of our employees that do remain in our office locations. We continue to work diligently to maintain everyone---s health and safety by keeping the facilities clean, having everyone screened for temperatures upon entry and providing information about symptoms and what to do if employees feel sick. Our COVID response team has been working tirelessly since March and continues to provide transparent communication around COVID cases and re-entry plans. The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Content Operations Specialist to be responsible for supporting the production of external content and coordination of content marketing initiatives including social media. Reporting to the Director, Content Marketing, they will also ensure content initiatives are tightly coordinated and aligned with demand generation, communications and product marketing, as well as the broader CX organization---s goals and objectives.This position is fully-remote. That means we are open to talent across the country and the person in this position will be able to continue working remotely even after we transition back into our physical office locations. What You Can Look Forward to Content Production:Manage workflow and traffic all content through development, production, approval and deployment process.Helps manage the production of editorial content, including blogs, newsletters, paid/owned media, case studies, and social media.Work with brand strategy and graphics design teams to create banners and other creative assets to support content development.Select images to complement blogs, white papers, social media and other content; work with brand team to size for all possible uses (website, newsletter, social) --- knowledge of photo sizing tools a plus.Work with website team to post blogs, infographics, white papers, trends reports, etc. -- knowledge of Wordpress a plus.Assists with content analytics and reporting.Content DevelopmentAssist with editing/reviewing content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.Manage approvals with SMEs, clients, and VP of marketing as needed.Work with director of content marketing to plan editorial calendar, map back to content plan and annual marketing plan.Manage the editorial and paid media calendars, keep updated on an ongoing basis.Execute editorial calendar across content channels e.g blog, website, ungated and gated content to ensure deadlines are met.Work with Demand Gen team to help develop content to support outbound campaigns and lead-generation efforts.Work with the Product Marketing team to ensure content aligns with product positioning.Social MediaWork with social media strategist to develop monthly content calendar and execute postings.Work with director of content marketing and contracted writers to draft compelling posts to support/amplify new content as well as events, seasonal activities, internal comms, and more --- strong writing skills and experience with social media a plus.Manage approvals of social posts with director of content marketing and VP of marketing.Schedule posts via Hootsuite --- prior knowledge a plus.Monitor and track posts via Sprout Social --- prior knowledge a plus.Actively supports our CO-OP culture and embraces our core values of Work as Partners, Communicate Openly and Honestly, Demonstrate Excellence and Champion Change in all interactions. What You---ll Need to Succeed 3-5 years of experience in a similar role for a B2B/SaaS company, credit union or financial services company.Experience working in a fast-paced startup-like environment.Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage projects required.Strong planning and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail when it comes to ensuring all content is grammatically and factually accurate and in line with brand standards.Ability to operate under tight deadlines.Ability to partner with and coordinate across departments.Ability to work and interface with external partners and vendors.Strong written and verbal communications skills preferred.Experience with digital and social media including tools like Wordpress, Hootsuite and Sprout Social a strong plus.
