Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from wholesale and retail customers providing price, availability and delivery information. Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers. Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction. Accurately process customer transactions. Apply company sales/returns/warranty policies.
