Up to $25,000 Sign On Bonus available basesd on experience Summary RN Shift Supervisor is part of the departmental leadership team that provides clinical supervision on a shift basis including: functions as a patient flow coordinator, facilitating admissions, transfers. RN Shift Supervisor Utilizes Horizon Enterprise Visibility system to facilitate bed flow and expedite patient placement within the Baptist Health System. Coordinator and serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff; provides supervisory input into department staff evaluations and performance reviews. RN Shift Supervisor RN Shift Supervisor completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. Education Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) Experience Required: 1 year RN experience. Certifications Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
