our artisanal baked goods, with an emphasis on quality,

AssistanceWhat You'll Do:Lead daily bread production for wholesale
and in-house use, ensuring excellence in taste, texture, and
presentationTrain, mentor, and inspire a team of bakers, fostering
a supportive and efficient work cultureCreate and implement systems
to streamline production and scheduling while aligning with labor
and food cost goalsMonitor inventory and place accurate, timely
orders to manage costs and avoid wasteCollaborate with the
executive and pastry teams to develop and test seasonal
offeringsUphold strict cleanliness and food safety standards in
accordance with Travis County Health Department
regulationsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of professional baking
experience in a high-volume or artisanal bakeryStrong leadership
skills with a passion for training and team developmentProven
ability to manage production timelines and maintain consistency
under pressureKnowledge of ingredient sourcing, scaling, and
inventory managementCommitment to quality, creativity, and
continuous improvementComfortable working long shifts, on your
feet, in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements:Essential
