Your BBQ Journey Starts Here - Where Tradition Meets Flavor: Position: Cutter Locations: All four Rudy's Country Store & BBQ locations in San Antonio Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Cutter to join Rudys Country Store & Bar-B-Q in San Antonio. As a Cutter, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our quality expectations and ensuring a memorable guest experience. This position requires expertise in meat cutting, attention to detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Precision Cutting Skills: Expertise in the art of precision cutting with a focus on quality and consistency. Time Management: Highly skilled in time management and adhering to cutting procedures in a fast-paced setting. Customer Service: Since this position is guest-facing, excellent customer service skills are a must. Leadership: This position leads the Key Qualifications: High-Volume Kitchen Experience: Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is essential. Tenure: A strong work history with demonstrated tenure in previous cutter positions. Problem-solving: The ability to think on their feet and solve problems quickly and effectively is important. Positive Employment History: A positive employment track record with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
