Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Apartment Housekeeper (English/Spanish) to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community while providing excellent customer service to a diverse resident population. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain all common areas including leasing office, model units, hallways, laundry rooms, and amenities - Ensure grounds are clean and free of debris (trash pickup, sweeping, pressure washing as needed) - Prepare vacant units for move-ins (light cleaning, trash removal, touch-ups) - Assist with make-ready process as needed - Clean restrooms, windows, and high-touch surfaces regularly - Communicate professionally with residents in both English and Spanish - Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly - Support maintenance team with general tasks when needed - Follow company policies and Fair Housing guidelines Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) - Previous housekeeping or porter experience preferred (apartment industry a plus) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable, punctual, and professional - Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Company Description Contact: Kaylee Call : 817-962-7777 Text: 817-936-7001 Tarrant@CertifiedApartmentStaffing.com Company Description Contact: Shaunaci Call/Text: 832-908-2222 nwmanager@CertifiedApartmentStaffing.com
