Job Description

We are seeking a "Faculty Recruiter" to join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding IT Training company within each of the three listed cities - Jacksonville, FL, Dallas, TX, and San Antonio, TX. This role will be responsible for sourcing/recruiting a technical Instructional team, with a focus on hiring, training, and support. In this crucial role, this person will be responsible for seeking out best-in-class practitioners, in a variety of fields including; Cybersecurity, Network Administration, Technical Support, and Project Management. Most importantly, this role plays an instrumental part in supporting the instructors, at the heart of our business, that are changing lives in the classroom each day. This is an exciting but difficult challenge. Being an empathetic, motivating, and supportive leader is a key to the success of this role. This is NOT a remote position.

Responsibilities:
Identifying top instructional talent (and instructional contract talent), operating as an instructor recruiter/hiring manager.
Daily check-ins, weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports, career conversations, and other coaching conversations with department leads.
Facilitating successful completion of all online and offline instructor training for new and current staff.
Working with Operations, planning, and scheduling of instructors; he/she will ensure that all instructional teams are the right size and mix for the location, class size, and course they'll be teaching.
Partner with the Learning Hub Directors to manage local course schedules and instructor needs.
Handling instructor issues; he/she will be responsible for mediating conflict and defusing challenging situations in a positive, empathetic and professional manner.

Qualifications
Understanding Technical certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, EC-Council, ISC2.
Prior experience in IT technical corporate training.
Prior IT technical training experience.
Proficiency in hiring and building diverse, technical instructor teams.
Prior experience in sourcing IT technical faculty/instructors/trainers.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
4-year Bachelor's Degree a plus (not required)
