***this position is located in San Antonio Texas metro area and will be in the office 100%.

Human Resources Manager

Texas Chiller Systems is looking for a Human Resources Manager to support our growing team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about being an employee champion and eager to build out recruiting and HR capabilities that align with TCS' people-first culture. The ideal candidate will both build out and manage our recruiting, employee relations, and compliance issues to name a few.

What You're Great At

Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Build an employee handbook and ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Oversee a strong performance evaluation process across the company reviews.
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys: keep the strategy up to date
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
Design and implement employee retention strategies

About You

5+ Years of relevant HR experience
3+ Years Recruiting & TA experience
Excellent understanding of Human Resource Practices and Procedures
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or managementSHRM Certification strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, training, and development skills
