Keeps abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems. Assists in the designing, managing, implementing and evaluating of training programs to prepare high quality and highly competent staff for meaningful contributions in the workplace. This position will work with training programs such as: licensing training, new hire training, refresher training, one-on-one training, and any new training initiatives. This position will partner with the Quality Assurance team to continually identify trends and tailor relevant and successful execution of training programs elevating overall staff performance.RESPONSIBILITIESTrains new and tenured employees in a classroom setting or in one-on-one training sessionsManages employee's schedules, absenteeism and tardiness while in the training programRecord audio and video tutorialsHelp to maintain and update training materialsHelp to assess and design training solutionsPlan, coordinate, and execute faculty and staff training and development programs, which meet departmental needs and enhance trainee participation and learning.Provides strong coaching and mentoring to learners for specific behavior and skill development utilizing effective feedback and motivational support techniques.Complies with approved corporate policies and procedures.Provides excellent customer service.Performs all other related duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSCandidate must be an engaging public speaker.Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skillsCandidate must be team oriented and comfortable collaborating with others.Ability to assess and evaluate the comprehension level of traineesStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsHands on approach with "can do" attitudeExcellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and qualityMinimum of intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint1 Year of Training experiencePREFERED REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree2+ years of experience providing direct training in a variety of settings, such as live classes, 1 on 1 training, and via video platformsExperience in Adjusting Property ClaimsCurrent TX All Lines Adjuster's License with potential to be licensed in multiple statesThorough understanding of state regulatory requirements related to claimsAbility to work having a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail under moderate supervisionSALARY$45,000 - $55,000 annually based on experienceBENEFITSEligibility to participate in Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental and Vision, Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays, in accordance with Company policy.
