The details- Full-Time Commitment/Full Focus- Full Desk Recruiting to include Business Development- No industry or territory restrictions- A remote career opportunity work where you like
Compensation- This is a 100% commission-based opportunity- Partner as an independent contractor under your own small business entity- Average earnings range from $75k to $200k+ per year- You are the Creator of your own Success.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in leadership OR recruiting, OR a strong background in a particular niche or industry.- Prior experience with interviewing AND/OR business development/sales preferred. - A self-driven mindset, results-oriented mentality, and highly motivated. - The ability to work independently with strong support and tools and without micromanagement.- The financial ability to support themselves during the training and ramp-up period of 3 to 4 months. -No base salary is offered
