The primary purpose of this job is to provide basic technical and functional support, maintenance, administration, and documentation under direct supervision for PenFed's various enterprise, core, member facing, and employee facing applications.ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of job duties and the position will perform other duties as assigned. - Must demonstrate ability to perform all requirements and show continued progress on job functions.With direct guidance of a senior staff member, develop software for break/fix and business requests by studying information needs; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.Design, modify, develop, write and implement software-programming applications.
