Job Description:

We have a full-time position available for the day shift. Immediate opening for a Mobile X-Ray Technician (AART Certified) in San Antonio Texas, Corpus Christi, and Brownsville areas. No experience is required, training will be provided. Our mobile services provide excellent customer service and patient care. We have several full-time & part-time opportunities available. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: Explaining the procedure to the patient, Bilingual a must Positioning the patient properly Positioning radiation protection devices such as lead shields. Setting X-Ray equipment at the correct angle & height over the appropriate area of a patient's body Setting controls on the X-Ray machine to produce X-Rays or radiographs of the appropriate density, detail, and contrast. Placing the exposure board beneath & under the part of the patient's body to be examined & make the exposure. Computer/ PACS literate Transmitting images via web-based PACs system Following physicians' instructions & orders precisely Keeping patient records & adjust/maintaining equipment. Education & Qualifications ARRT Certification with current Texas requirements New graduates will be considered if a license is obtained. Salary is based on experience, starting pay is $35 to $40/hr. We offer benefits after the 90-day probation period including insurance, dental, vision, holiday pay, and 1 week of vacation pay. A company car is provided. Job Types: Full-time, AART is required.
