We are looking for technologists who are comfortable learning and adapting easily to meet the needs of our rapidly evolving business. One day we may be working on low-level code, the next we may be prototyping new user interface designs. As part of the Dell Technologies Office of the CTO, we innovate on the future of technology in a high visibility, collaborative team. You will work with product managers, leadership, engineers, data scientists, tech leads, strategy, and stakeholders to execute technology development using an agile, fast-fail mentality. By working on small cross-functional teams and using pair programming, you will have the ability to work in all layers of the stack and collaborate constantly, continually growing your skills.You will:

• Work closely with other developers and data scientists as part of a small cross-functional team, as well as with Product Management and Leadership to make decisions and share your work
  • Develop new AI applications
    • Share your ideas and opinions with the team
      • Rotate through different projects and technologiesEssential Requirements:
        • Solid understanding of programming logic and patterns
          • Experience or interest in DevOps and Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as microservice architectures, CI/CD, and containerization and orchestration
            • Ability and open-mindedness to quickly learn about new development methodologies and cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI, data ingestion, and Dev/MLOps
              • Strong communication skills and an ability to describe technical concepts; self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about technology
                • Experience in two or more of the following languages: Go, Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Bash, C, or othersDesirable Requirements:
                  • 2+ years (bachelor's degree) of software development, software architecture, or applied research; an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
                    • Experience or interest in Data Engineering skills such as ingestion and cleansing, working with vector, graph, or relational databases, Gen AI Models, prompt engineering, AI pipelines, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)Compensation: Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
