Duration: 12 Months Type : Contract Note : Exclusive Role,Interview
Times Set.Hybrid Onsite 4 days a Week in Austin, TX. The worker's
responsibilities and skills must include: • Previous experience
with and expert knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities • Mapping
processes and designing technical solutions to address pain points,
improve processes and increase automation.• Gathering business,
functional, and non-functional requirements. • Defining product
themes, epics, user stories and product features. • Facilitating
prioritization sessions for the product backlog. • Facilitating
sprint planning sessions to establish a sprint backlog. •
Documenting requirements and system design using approved agency
formats. • Being a creative thinker to solve business issues. •
Mediating business units that may have conflicting requirements. •
Assisting in the translation of business requirements into detailed
technical specifications. • Facilitating and documenting AS-IS and
TO-BE process flows and system design. • Writing test cases and
scripts to validate code is working as documented. • Writing
release notes and training documentation. • Other duties as
assigned Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Years Skills/Experience: 4-7 Experience with general IT SDLC
processes 4-7 Experience working with ServiceNow / ServiceNow
projects 4-7 Skilled in working on agile projects utilizing scrum
and waterfall methodologies 4-7 Skilled in extracting business,
functional and non-functional requirements from business units and
IT staff 4-7 Skilled in test case planning and quality assurance
reviews of test scripts5 Skilled in QA/QC reviews 4-7 Experience
analyzing raw data 4-7 Skilled in documenting requirements and
translating functional requirements to technical specifications 4-7
Experienced in establishing and maintaining a sprint backlog 4-7
Experience in creating written communications and training for
business users 4-7 Possess strong verbal and written skills in
communicating with peers and different levels of users including
executive staff 4-7 Skilled in mediating business units with
conflicting and competing business requirements 4-7 Skilled in
facilitating large group meetings with internal and external
resources Preferred Skills and Qualifications Years
Skills/Experience 2 Experience with one or more state of Texas
government agencies 2 Experience with ServiceNow Security
Operations or GRC 2 ServiceNow certification
