DSCA II Course Instructor The Opportunity: The Army requires Subject Matter Expert (SME) and full time equivalent (FTE) instructors to assist military and government Service personnel in the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of live, virtual, and constructive training. Classroom training events as well as individual and collective training support programs designed to prepare key leaders, individuals, units, and staff or headquarters elements to perform their mission, successfully plan, coordinate, and execute operations according to established principles. As a trainer on our team, you’ll provide platform instruction and facilitated discussion that meets or exceeds all standards issued or published by NORTHCOM. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. You Have: 3 years of experience in DSCA operations at the JTF or Defense Coordinating Element level 2 years of experience in military classroom instruction prior to serving as DSCA Instructors Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Secret clearance HS diploma or GED ARNORTH instructor Certification Nice If You Have: Experience working in a Joint Headquarters environment Knowledge of US Army Transformation Initiative Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree is preferred; Master's degree is a plus DSCA level I and II Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
