RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Developer/Programmer with Java experience in San Antonio, Texas (TX).REQUIREMENTS:* Proficient in Java* Understands concepts of REST and SOAP services* Some experience creating and troubleshooting REST and SOAP services (Internal and external)* Some ETL experience or understanding* Familiar with legacy web infrastructure (WebSphere, Wicket, PS)* Familiar with Batch Infrastructure (Java SE Batch & WebSphere batch, Control-M)* Proficient in troubleshooting tools, i.e. Splunk* Agile* Someone who communicates well and knows when to reach out for help Preferred:* Experience and/or understanding of Talon Infrastructure (Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kibana, GitLab)* Salesforce and DataStage* Any level of new web experience* Hadoop experienceKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
