As an Intermediate Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in handling various litigation matters and ensuring successful case management. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court.Essential Functions:Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda to support litigation strategies.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for filing with the court.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.Conduct depositions and interview witnesses to gather evidence for case preparation.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop litigation strategies.Manage case files, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met.Provide guidance and support to junior associates and legal staff when necessary.Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to our practice areas.Education and Experience:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed attorney in Texas and in good standing.2 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus in personal injury. Trial experience is a plus but not required for this position. Extensive knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and best practices in litigation.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent oral advocacy skills and the ability to effectively communicate legal arguments.Proven experience managing multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and maintain a good driving record.Interested in hearing more?
