law attorney to advocate for our clients and provide guidance

Integrity and Collaboration What Our Associate Attorneys Do: ·
Attend court hearings, perform legal research, and collaborate with
other attorneys to offer legal advice · Maintain organized files to
ensure accessibility of recent updates to other attorneys,
paralegals, and staff · Analyze legal matters for conflicts, advise
clients on solutions, and negotiate on their behalf · Prepare legal
documents and correspondence, including contracts, pleadings,
briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements ·
Communicate effectively with paralegals and clients to ensure
efficient case management What We Need From You: · Must have passed
the bar exam and hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited
law school · Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) ·
Admission to the Texas Bar · Evidence of current Texas Driver’s
License and automobile insurance · Minimum of 2 years of experience
handling family law cases in the state of Texas (required) ·
Ability to track billable hours · Advanced knowledge of MS Word and
Excel, with the ability to learn new programs easily · Strong
multitasking skills, attention to detail, and reliability ·
Problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills Why
