Briefing Attorney who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to
make an impact. The ideal candidate is: - Experienced in discovery
matters, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs - Licensed and in
good standing with the Texas State Bar - An excellent legal
researcher and communicator (written and verbal) - A self-starter
invested in the success of the firm - A team player who fosters
collaboration and growth among staff - Able to manage a heavy
caseload efficiently Job Responsibilities Main Focus: - Draft
pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal briefs
Additional Duties: - Explain and execute attorney-client contracts
- Conduct intake meetings with new clients - Handle client requests
and demands - Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and
trials - Manage assigned paralegals and medical records clerks -
Support the legal team in achieving firm objectives Qualifications
& Skills - Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar -
Extensive experience in discovery and legal drafting - Strong
analytical and legal research skills - Excellent verbal and written
communication - Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
efficiently - Team-oriented with leadership potential -
