Job Description Job Description Job Title: Purchasing / Supply Coordinator Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Position Summary: Support Automotive / Ground Support Equipment operations by researching, stocking, inventorying, and issuing parts. Compile quotes for special projects and interact daily with shop mechanics. Pick up parts as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate with various vendors to research and order parts and schedule services Maintain accurate inventory Research, locate, and catalog stock Perform cycle counts and annual inventories Perform storage, inspection, identification, and receipt of parts Interface directly with mechanics Operate equipment, special purpose vehicles, and materiel handling equipment Follow financial management procedures including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies Maintain maintenance documentation and time accounting associated with daily operations Comply with all applicable technical orders, equipment manuals, and regulations Maintain immediate work area, facilities, and vehicles using good housekeeping and safety practices Follow safety-first practices Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma required Preferred 1–2 years automotive/purchasing experience Valid driver’s license required Good Microsoft Office skills Overtime may be required to support operations Join the Cross Resource Group Team!
