Job Description Job Description Salary: $9-13 A General Laborer
plays a vital support role on the flooring job site. While they may
not yet perform installations, they contribute to the teams success
by handling essential prep work, logistics, and physical task that
keep operations running smoothly. Core Responsibilities:
Familiarity with building materials, tools, and equipment. Skilled
in using hand and power tools like drills, saws, hammers, tile
cutters, etc. Able to lift/move heavy objects, work on feet for
extended hours, and handle physically demanding tasks. Keeps job
sites clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and properly
storing materials. Assists with receiving, unloading, and
organizing inventory and deliveries. General Laborers are
dependable team players who reflect our values through Hard Work &
