Manufacturing designs and builds industry-leading tortilla,
flatbread, and bakery equipment. We are seeking a detail-oriented
Parts Clerk to support purchasing and manufacturing operations
through accurate inventory control, parts tracking, and
administrative support. Job Summary The Parts Clerk is responsible
for compiling, maintaining, and managing records of material and
supply inventory. This role supports manufacturing by receiving,
issuing, and tracking parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and
resolving discrepancies. The position is primarily administrative
and office-based, with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
What You’ll Do Control and track physical inventory accurately
Receive, label, and put away small parts Inspect deliveries,
document mis-shipments, and track parts defects Maintain order
status throughout the purchasing and receiving process Participate
in inventory counts, daily audits, and reconciliation efforts Issue
materials and components for manufacturing Research and resolve
inventory discrepancies Gather and issue parts to fill work orders
Maintain accurate records of quantity, type, and value of inventory
Manage back-order systems and inventory databases Complete required
administrative tasks, reports, and correspondence Perform other
duties as assigned by management Requirements 1–2 years of related
experience or equivalent Strong organizational, problem-solving,
and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability
to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle
multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to read,
write, speak, and understand the primary language(s) used in the
workplace Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Physical Requirements Ability to use visual acuity to read
technical information and operate a computer Ability to accurately
complete detailed forms and reports Ability to perform basic
calculations Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Work Environment Work is primarily performed in the parts cage
located on the manufacturing floor Combination of administrative
and inventory-related tasks Exposure to manufacturing floor
conditions, including noise, equipment movement, and varying
temperatures Must follow all safety rules and wear required
personal protective equipment when on the manufacturing floor
