ANSER has a unique opportunity to serve as the company's Mission Assurance and USAF Security Forces Business Development Lead. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing new team member who is a strategic thinker, takes initiative, and enjoys new challenges. We need someone with experience and a large network in the USAF Security Forces and Mission Assurance arena. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Air Force Security Forces enterprise, upcoming organizational changes, and future requirements. The right candidate will have the knowledge, relationships, and capability to support a variety of efforts at Air Force Security Forces Center (AFSFC), Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC), Major Command Security Forces Staff Headquarters, and Headquarters Air Force Security Forces staff. This is a critical position within ANSER and is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on mission assurance and integrated defense policy, strategy, and capabilities. This job is a corporate position located in San Antonio, TX. This is a firm position. The Mission Assurance and USAF Security Forces Business Development Lead will lead ANSER-wide mission assurance and Security Forces domain initiatives. Job Duties: * Develop a strategy and action plan to develop ANSER's mission assurance and USAF Security Forces portfolio * Conduct research on mission assurance and USAF SF enterprise requirements and identify future opportunities * Engage with active and potential customers to enhance and expand ANSER MA and SF-focused efforts * Operate as an ANSER senior MA and SF domain subject matter expert providing corporate-wide information and support * Develop analysis and provide recommendations on business pursuits * Develop strategic communications and messaging campaigns for selected opportunities * Work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team * Develop white papers and support proposal development SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Active Secret clearance * Minimum of Bachelor's degree in security administration, or another related field * Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mission assurance and USAF Security Forces enterprise, specifically USAF and/or Joint mission assurance operations, planning, and programming.Business development experience highly encouraged * Experience operating at the MAJCOM, CCMD staff or Air Staff levels * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and briefing * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team environment * Senior staff officer/NCO experience * Demonstrated skills, knowledge and abilities to manage and lead a contract workforce. Ability to coordinate, track, and monitor tasks, actions, and projects using internal/external methods and tools. Experience with electronic mail and MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access is mandatory as well as development of Gantt charts and associated analytic products. * Demonstrated experience with the Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI) program as well as work performed over SIRPNET and JWICS as well as familiarity with InteLink/IntelShare sites on SIPRNET and JWICS are required. * Recent experience with the DoD Mission Assurance program since 2012 is highly desired. * Experience in Antiterrorism (AT); Insider Threat; Command Emergency Management Program (CEMP); Continuity of Operations (COOP); Information Operations; Operational Security; Physical Security; Personnel Security; Industrial Security; or Information Security Programs is also desired.EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * Active Secret Clearance * Minimum of Bachelor's degree in security administration, or another related field * Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mission assurance and USAF Security Forces enterprise, specifically USAF and/or Joint mission assurance operations, planning, and programming.Business development experience highly encouraged * Experience operating at the MAJCOM, CCMD staff or Air Staff levels * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and briefing * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team environment * Senior staff officer/NCO experience * Demonstrated skills, knowledge and abilities to manage and lead a contract workforce.
