Description: The ALL SOURCE subject matter expert as part of a
multi-disciplined analytical team supporting analysis and data
processing embedded within a PED Site as part of an Expeditionary
Military Intelligence Brigades and/or Division G2 section.*This
position involves travel. Preference will be given to those in or
around San Antonio, TX, others outside the SW may be
considered.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide ALL SOURCE operations analytical support and DCGS-A
operation as required.
- Provide analytical support in the preparation of all-source
intelligence products to support the combat commander; executing
the process of receiving and processing incoming reports and
messages; determining the significance and reliability of incoming
information; establish and maintain systematic, cross-referenced
intelligence records and files; integrate incoming information with
current intelligence holdings and prepare and maintain graphics;
conduct IPB using information from all sources; conduct
intelligence support to the targeting process; and develop and
deliver oral and written ALL SOURCE intelligence products.
- Must be capable of the following: Military Map Reading,
Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Military
Symbology, the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Targeting,
Open Source Intelligence, briefings, and analytical writing.
- As required provide instruction, instructional assistance, and
appropriate scenario development support for intelligence
personnel, teams, leaders, and units in support of
- ALL SOURCE analysis and the use of DCGS-A. Develop and revise
ALL SOURCE and DCGS-A TSPs and familiarization and sustainment
training, including individual to collective training materials and

development of a plan to maintain key certifications and track the
status of certifications; Provide recommendations for improvements
to operations, methods, and materials for the supported units.
Conduct training needs assessments.
- Support participation of the MI Training Strategy (MITS)
certification process.. Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years as an Army MOS 35F, 350F, 350B or 35D (or
an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S.
Government agency) conducting tactical all source intelligence
operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as
defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years. Specifically, must
possess current experience related to current Military Intelligence
(MI) doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army
Field Manuals, Army Regulations and Department of Defense (DOD)
Directives relating to Intelligence Operations. Familiar with LSCO
and how it applies at each echelon from Brigade to Corps.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of Military Intelligence
functions/operations, ISR mission requirements, training, and
planning, along with a knowledgeable understanding of connectivity
and capabilities of all Military Intelligence Systems to include
how, what they can, or will provide to the overall Intelligence
illustration for the tactical/operational commander.
- Proficiency in DCGS-A software applications and using DoD
approved analytic tools and data bases including, but not limited
to the following: ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, M3,QueryTree, TAC, IC
Reach SKOPE web-based tools, and SKOPE SIGINT Toolkit, social
network analysis and link charts, intelligence applications,
including I2 Analyst's Notebook, Google Earth, intelligence message
retrieval systems, and ESRI ARC Maps. Working knowledge of the

of the intel systems associated with the IEWTPT system.
- Experience with fusing intelligence information from multiple
disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals
Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT),
Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature
Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), Open Source
Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts,
Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security
Professionals. Experience training individuals and small groups
with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence
background (All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, etc.) to introduce custom
built analytical tools and their application to the F3EA targeting
- Experience/comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle
as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of
targeting. Experience targeting networks or individuals within
networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
Experience with the intelligence collection process and the use or
production of intelligence collection requirements, source directed
requirements, intelligence information reports (IIRs), and IIR

effectively directing trainees in the accomplishment of
intelligence products and assessments. Skill in communicating
effectively with others, both orally and in writing; in working out
solutions to problems or questions related to the work; writing
clear and concise intelligence-related products; and delivering
written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for

tools including web-based, classroom, and
