Under limited supervision, responsible for working within a
multidisciplinary team providing clinical care to community adult
and adolescent outpatients with serious mental illness, substance
use disorder and other co-morbid conditions.
Evaluates and assesses patient's behavior, emotional responses,
interpersonal relationships, and social conditions.
Gives diagnostic impressions and treats adults, adolescents, and

Maintains regular contact with each assigned patient to monitor
responses to services and identify problem areas.
