In this role, you’ll be a strong advocate for acemart.com and
everyone who uses it. You will live, eat, and breathe acemart.com,
constantly be looking for ways to make the site better and improve
the customer experience. You will help drive improvements that
ultimately translate to the bottom line.
The Content Coordinator is responsible for the production,
maintenance, and quality of all content on our websites for the
purposes of driving sales, developing positive customer engagement,
and improving customer service. The Content Coordinator uses sales
and marketing metrics to develop meaningful projects with content
writers, graphic designers, web developers, and other in-house
teams and 3 rd parties.
All employees are expected to adhere to Ace Mart business
philosophy, guidelines and policies as laid out in the ACE MART
MISSION STATEMENT, Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures
Manual and Safety Program.
1 . Write, edit, and proof new content in support of our sales,
content, and Marketing strategies.
2. Provide quality assurance on all web content, marketing
initiatives, and other ecommerce initiatives.
3. Ensure that all content conforms to established standards and
work with team members to assess any technical challenges in
displaying the content.
4. Understand and apply a variety of the concepts, best
practices, and procedures in ecommerce web design, from SEO to UX
5. Work with graphic designers to produce engaging photo and
image content on our websites.
6. Work directly in our various CMS platforms to manage various
forms of content.
7. Utilize analytic data to plan future site content and

I. Knowledge of:
a. Creative and technical writing
b. Search engine optimization (SEO).
c. Factors relevant to placement on SERPs
d. Google Analytics or equivalent analytics software
e. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
f. Content Management Systems
g. Basic foodservice knowledge.
II. Abilities and Skills:
a. Exceptionally strong attention to detail
b. Very strong English reading and writing skills, with emphasis
on proper spelling, grammar, sentence structure, and

III. Education and Experience:
a. 2-4 years content management experience, preferably with
retail shopping cart enabled web sites.
b. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business,
technology, or related fields preferred
c. Experience in or knowledge of web design a plus

I. Physical Requirements:
a. Sit up to four hours at a time
b. View Computer up to 8 hours daily
c. Use hands, fingers, and arms to operate computer terminal
d. Able to bend/stoop/stand to retrieve and handle products up
to 25 lbs. for product research.
