We are currently seeking a Service Level Performance Lead to join
our team in San Antonio, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
The ITSM Service Level Performance Lead may provide knowledge in
business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and
implementation efforts or in translating business process needs
into technical requirements. The Service Level Performance Lead
uses available computer systems resources and personnel to carry
out analysis to support management's quest for performance
improvement to determine the most useful business solution. The
Service Level Performance Lead may implement a comprehensive
management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder
meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project
progress. The Service Level Performance Lead also determines and
documents user requirements for business processes and abide by
those requirements for future projects. The Service Level
Performance Lead reviews and analyzes information, forecasts,
methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures. The Service
Level Performance Lead provides expertise in, but not limited to,
Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management,
Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.
This contingent role is charged with measuring and reporting on the
quality of service delivery across all the Integrated Service
Providers and initiating Problem items and Continual Improvement
items to protect and improve the quality of delivery. This role
leads the Enterprise Information Technology Services Integrator
effort for the Service Level Management practice in the Enterprise
Information Technology Services Integrator Environment and is
charged with creating and managing the Quality Management Plan.
* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of progressive
experience in Service Level Management or 10 years of progressive
experience in Service Level Management in lieu of degree.
* U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
